Justin Long
Justin is a recognized leader in commercial real estate development who's experience spans over 15 years with projects in over 20 states and $1Billion+ in project value. With expertise in a wide breadth of products types including retail, hospitality, multi-family, office, self-storage, and mixed-use, his extensive experience in revitalizing underperforming properties is at the core of our firm.

Prior to founding 3R Development, Justin led the development group for Brixton Capital, a prolific private equity investment firm based in San Diego, CA. His experience also includes development leadership positions with Publicly Traded REITs Macerich (NYSE: MAC) and CBL Properties (NYSE: CBL). He earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Arizona State University.
